Steve Symes
Managing Director

Steve Symes has been in the business of providing quality IT support for over 25 years. Steve has a Bachelor of Computer Science and an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering. He has worked for many IT companies both in Australia and the UK including Compaq and Hewlett Packard. Steve started his career as an Electronics Technician in the Royal Australian Air Force before completing his degree and moving into networks and systems support. Steve moved to Cairns in 2004 where he was the IT manager for Cairns Earthmoving Contractors (CEC) before starting True North Technology in 2011.
